The business, originally set to open July 1, will offer deviled eggs in a variety of flavors including traditional, walking taco, cali roll, chicken caesar and more. The McKinney location will be carry-out only and will also offer egg salad and open-faced bagel sandwiches, Van Buskirk said.
The business, founded in Nebraska in 2017, has one location in Omaha, Nebraska and another in Denison, Texas. The new McKinney shop will occupy a space that formerly housed Rye Craft Food and Drink, a restaurant that closed following a fire at the location in mid-2022.
