The coffee shop offers a variety of coffee drinks made with Edison Coffee Co. The shop also serves pastries, as well as four signature drinks named after iconic McKinney streets; Virginia, Louisiana, Tennessee and Kentucky.
The coffee shop is a new concept by co-owners Tim Cook, Alyssa Cook and Patrick McCarthy.
A grand opening event is planned for Oct. 7, Alyssa said via email. The business will offer coffee and pastries, as well as prizes and giveaways at the grand opening celebration, according to the business’s Facebook page.
