Mi Cocina offers signature dishes, including brisket tacos and the Mambo Taxi margarita. The menu also includes fajitas, enchiladas, brunch items and other Tex-Mex dishes, according to the restaurant’s website.5. Cocktail Creamery

Cocktail Creamery relocated in downtown McKinney, owners Sharyn and Ted Lindblad said. The ice cream shop serves alcohol-infused frozen treats and ice creams that are made in-house.Coming soon

Summer Moon Coffee offers iced and hot coffee drinks made with wood-fired coffee beans as well as its signature Moon Milk sweet cream. The coffee shop will also offer cold brew and blended coffee drinks as well as breakfast and lunch food options, according to its website.7. Mo’ Bettahs

Mo’ Bettahs’ menu will feature Hawaiian staple dishes, including kalua pig and pulehu chicken, according to its website. Diners choose from three combo plate options, which come with white rice and macaroni salad.8. Zero Gradi

Once open, Zero Gradi will serve hand-churned gelato options, such as raspberry, lemon and basil, spiced apple cider, and mulled wine, with several toppings available, a company representative said. Other menu items include sorbet and baked goods. In addition, the dessert bar will also sell coffee, chai tea and milkshakes.9. Hideaway Pizza

The new pizza restaurant will feature about 240 seats, a full bar and a large rooftop patio, a company representative said. Hideaway Pizza’s menu includes fried mushrooms, salads, sandwiches, baked pastas, specialty pizzas and more, according to the restaurant’s website.10. Abbott’s Frozen Custard


Abbott’s Frozen Custard is expected to open in its first North Texas location in McKinney later this year, a company representative said. The store will sell frozen custard, milkshakes, flurries and floats as well as pints and novelty items, such as frozen bananas.
