A new IHOP restaurant location is coming to north McKinney in the fourth quarter of this year, according to a representative of the restaurant.

The breakfast spot will be located at the intersection of US 380 and Walnut Grove Road, according to development records from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The restaurant will be a new build at nearly 4,000 square feet.

IHOP offers an array of breakfast items, such as waffles, pancakes, omelets and more. The menu also features lunch items, including burgers and sandwiches.

There are over 1,600 IHOP locations worldwide, including over 200 locations in Texas. An existing IHOP restaurant in McKinney is located at 1960 N. Central Expressway.
