Here are six restaurants, dining establishments and coffee shops that are expected to open in McKinney in 2023.

El Rincon Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar, to be located at 7951 Collin McKinney Parkway, Ste. 700, is expected to open this spring. The restaurant serves burritos, tacos, enchiladas, fajitas, craft cocktails and more. The business also has locations in Addison and Carrollton. 469-892-6429 (Carrollton location).

Collective Coffee, which will be located at 301 W. Louisiana St., Unit 102, is set to open in early 2023. The coffee shop will serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas and seasonal drinks, such as refreshers, as well as breakfast and snack items with gluten-free options. The coffee shop is intended to serve as a welcoming, multipurpose space for anyone looking to work, study, connect with others and more, co-owner Tim Cook said.

New Jersey-based Eggmania will open in its first Texas location in McKinney in early 2023. The restaurant, to be located at 8950 SH 121, Ste. 310, will serve egg delicacies from India. The restaurant’s menu includes a variety of dishes with and without eggs, such as curries, sandwiches, rolls and more.

Indiana-based Parlor Doughnuts is set to open this summer, according to franchisee Miranda Houston. The restaurant, to be located at 5100 Stacy Road, Ste. 950, will offer layered doughnuts, craft breakfast items and specialty drinks. The menu includes over 25 different doughnut flavors as well as coffees, juices, breakfast items and milkshakes. The shop will also offer vegan, gluten-friendly and keto-friendly items.

A new cafe and coffee roastery concept from McKinney-based Lelo’s Coffee Co. is expected to open this summer. The coffee shop will occupy a space on Tupps Brewery’s new east McKinney site, co-owner Sandy Davis said. The business, to be located at 402 E. Louisiana St., will serve fresh coffee roasted on-site.

Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe will open its first Texas location in McKinney, according to franchise owner Jesse Murphy. The restaurant, to be located at the northwest corner of US 380 and Hardin Boulevard, is expected to open November, Murphy said. The restaurant will serve sandwiches, soups, salads, pizza and more, according to its website.
