Lucid Private Offices is set to open in McKinney’s first Class-A multi-tenant office building on Oct. 14, according to a news release.

The move-in ready leasable offices, located at 7300 SH 121, Ste. 300, McKinney, are part of the Kaizen Development Partners office development. The suites will include 26,000 square feet of office space on the third floor, and 5,800 square feet of coworking space on the first floor, according to a news release. Tenants will have access to meeting rooms, a shared kitchen and coffee bar, and flexible office sizes and lease terms, according to the company’s website.

The office suites will be part of the District 121 mixed-use development. The Kaizen office tower in District 121 offers a variety of amenities, including a golf simulator and a fitness center, as well as close proximity to a variety of retail businesses and restaurants. Founder and CEO of Lucid Private Offices Flip Howard called the expansion to McKinney a “no-brainer,” according to a news release.

“With the amazing developments going up on each of the four corners of [SH] 121 and Alma, we believe that by the end of this year this will be the hottest corner in the metroplex,” Howard said.

Several clients will move into the space at the beginning of November and the location is expected to fill up quickly, according to Senior Director of Brand and Products Tosha Bontrager.

Lucid Private Offices recently rebranded from its former name, WorkSuites, in an effort to convey the nature of the businesses’ “upscale private offices”, according to a news release. The Texas-based company has more than 20 locations and plans to expand to other states in the coming year.
