An additional 25 positive cases of the new coronavirus were reported by Collin County health officials April 23.

The county's total is now 609. McKinney residents account for 124 of these cases, according to the county's health dashboard.

Of those who have tested positive for the virus, 16 are hospitalized, 150 are in home isolation and 429 have recovered as of April 23. Eight McKinney residents who have had COVID-19 have died.
