McKinney chamber to host webinar on loans for small businesses

The McKinney Chamber of Commerce is hosting a webinar at noon April 8 focused on loans available to small businesses through the CARES Act.

Kris Denzel, Senior Director for the U.S. Chamber's Policy and International Affairs team, will speak on how the Small Business Administration can help during this time.


The webinar is free, but registration is required to receive the link and password to attend the session, according to the chamber’s website.

President Donald Trump signed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act—also known as the CARES Act—into law March 27, as previously reported by Community Impact Newspaper. The $2 trillion package provides funding to help fight the virus and financial assistance for Americans during the pandemic.
