Atlanta-based Cotiviti will bring 120 new jobs to McKinney over the next three years, according to a press release from the McKinney Economic Development Corp. on July 24.
Health care payments company Cotiviti will receive $6,600 per new employee created, up to $792,000, according to an incentive agreement with the MEDC.
Cotiviti moved into its 41,000-square-foot sublease at the McKinney Corporate Center at Craig Ranch in spring 2017 and have been discussing terms of the incentive agreement since August 2016.
"We are really pleased with our new location at Craig Ranch in McKinney," Cotiviti Facilities Director Mike Kasmin said in the release. "We were fortunate to find a sublease that provided the modern office environment that we were planning to create for our employees."
The company has 150 employees who relocated to the regional office in McKinney, but the incentive agreement covers the additional 120 new jobs, according to the release.
