Crunch Fitness will join a mixed-use development on McKinney’s western border.

The new $12M ground-up fitness center is slated to open in 2026, said Rich Merrill, senior vice president of marketing for franchisee group CR Fitness. CR Fitness has over 80 Crunch Fitness clubs across the nation, according to its website.

The 40,000 square-foot McKinney facility will feature a variety of amenities, including:
  • Performance turf
  • Hot studio
  • Cycle studio
  • Relax and recover area
  • High Intensity Interval Training zone
  • Infrared sauna
Membership sign ups for the location are now open online, with pre-opening specials available.
