Owner and namesake Susan Whigham creates oil paintings with subjects including florals, landscapes and still lifes.
“My husband and I have an extensive flower garden in Fairview so most of my art is inspired by my own backyard,” Whigham said in an email. “I love bringing a modern twist to conventional subjects with bold colors, points of view and plays of light.”
The gallery is open to the public, and features artwork for sale that will rotate monthly. Whigham also offers commissions.
The gallery space was formerly occupied by Kim Guthrie Art Gallery and Studio.
