Beem Light Sauna is set to open a new location in McKinney, franchise owner Esther Mainville said in an email.

Beem offers various light therapy solutions, including infrared saunas, chromotherapy and red light therapy. Light therapies are meant to reduce stress and relieve pain, among other benefits, Mainville said.

The company also has planned locations in Plano and Highland Village.
