According to a statement from Freedom Health Centers, the merger will allow the clinic to expand its offering from massage therapy, traditional medicine, chiropractic care, rehabilitation and pain relief techniques to include additional services such as primary care, enhanced hormone replacement therapy and more. Additionally, the merger will allow the clinic to expand with four additional centers opening in North Texas in 2024.
A company representative said it is unknown when the merger would be complete, but patients should expect to see changes, such as remodeling, for the next several weeks.
