Kung Fu Academy of North Texas is slated to open in late November, co-owner Mallory Gilbert said in an email.

The academy’s classes will include a variety of martial arts disciplines led by co-owner Cory Gilbert, a 20-year veteran in practicing kung fu with a third-degree black belt, according to the academy’s website. Classes will be broken up by age group. More information about available classes and membership options can be found on the academy’s website.
