Escape 360 Cafe, a new coffee shop, is set to open in the Hub 121 development in south McKinney later this year.

The cafe is a new concept from owners Pete and Rosie Keopaseut, who also own Thai restaurant Noodle Wave.

The shop will offer coffee drinks, including specialty coffee and Thai coffee. Other items on the menu will include mixed sodas and other flavored drinks as well as bakery items, cakes and light meal options, Pete said.

The roughly 2,500-square-foot cafe will feature a modern environment with lounge seating, sofas and more, he said. The business will also offer Wi-Fi as well as a rentable, private conference room.
