Following the completion of paving from FM 3040 to Forest Vista Drive in Flower Mound, construction crews have begun working on sidewalk construction in the area.

The sidewalk work is expected to continue through February, according to the town.

The improvements are part of the town's Morriss Road project, which includes concrete panel replacements from FM 3040 to Firewheel Drive, Americans with Disabilities Act improvements from FM 3040 to Firewheel Drive and 20-inch and 24-inch water line replacements from Forest Vista Drive to Garden Road.

Paving will begin again in mid-February at Forest Vista Drive, according to the town.
