The project includes the implementation of a westbound right-turn lane, a northbound left-turn lane and a southbound left-turn lane at FM 1171 and River Walk Drive. According to the town, crews will also build about 400 feet of new sidewalk along the westbound right-turn lane and will make traffic signal improvements at the intersection.
The first phase of paving is complete, and installation of traffic signals is underway, according to the town.
