City officials previously reported that the splash pad would not be open for the summer because repairs could not be made to the pad because of supply chain issues.
City staff found a patch product that will temporarily fix the surface and allow the splash pad to operate this summer, according to a city announcement.
Staff made repairs to the splash pad and will monitor the surface to ensure safety.
The splash pad is open from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Wednesdays through Mondays. It will be closed on Tuesdays to allow for maintenance.
