The town is waiving the usual $10 gate fee per vehicle as part of an open park day.
The park spans more than a third of a square mile off the shore of Grapevine Lake. It includes cabins, recreational vehicle slips and campsites as well as a trail system. Reservations are available at the park website.
The park is located at 5001 Wichita Trail, Flower Mound.
