The mattress store signed a 10-year lease agreement to be housed at Austin Ranch, and the store will be located at the intersection of Tittle Drive and Plano Parkway, according to a Billingsley Co. news release. The company owns Austin Ranch.
Construction on the store will begin in February.
The location will be used for manufacturing and is not a retail location, said Carey Morgan, Billingsley Co. director of marketing, though retail locations can be found through its website.
“Sherwood Bedding has been a longstanding tenant of ours at another location, and their robust pace of growth required that they move to a larger building,” Billingsley Co. partner George Billingsley said in the news release. “We are honored to retain the relationship and partner with them on this build to suit development. With the strong market demand, we look forward to commencing on other new industrial developments in both Lewisville and Denton in the near future.”
The new manufacturing facility is expected to bring many jobs to Lewisville, according to the news release.
