OrthoLazer Flower Mound recently signed a lease for 4,335 square feet on the second floor of the Lakeside International Office Center in Flower Mound, according to a news release from developer Realty Capital Management and equity partner Staubach Capital.

The orthopedic laser center specializes in non-invasive pain treatment for orthopedic conditions such as arthritis and neuropathy. The center uses what is called an MLS M8 Robotic Laser, the most advanced laser in the United States, according to Dr. David Evanich in the release.

"The laser treatments are completely drug-free, non-invasive and painless," Evanich said. "We are very excited to be the first to bring this proprietary technology to the residents and athletes of North Texas.”

This will be the first OrthoLazer location in Texas, according to the release. It came about through a partnership among seven orthopedic surgeons from Orthopedic Associates of Flower Mound and retired NFL player Donald Driver, who will serve as the center's managing director.

“We are proud to have a clinic like this with state-of-the-art therapy treatments that will attract patients from all over Dallas/Fort Worth to Flower Mound,” Jimmy Archie, managing director for Realty Capital Management, said in the release.

The two-story building is located at 737 International Parkway in the Lakeside International Office Center in Flower Mound.
