Macy's expects to start construction on the current vacant Stein Mart location at 6101 Long Prairie Road in Flower Mound on Aug. 2, according to state filings. The project will run until Sept. 6 and involve a total remodeling of the building at an estimated cost of $812,472, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The type of store that will occupy the space is currently unknown. www.macys.com
