Fewer homes were listed in July throughout Lewisville, Flower Mound and Highland Village than were during the same time the year before, but buyers stayed active, according to new market data provided by the Collin County Association of Realtors, which has access to market data from other counties.

Housing inventory in these three municipalities was down 35% from July 2019, even as the median price of a home sold in each place rose by between 7% and 11%.

The biggest reductions in supply in the area occurred in Lewisville and Highland Village, where a combined 212 homes were on the market in July—down from 348 listings in the same month the year before.

Flower Mound also saw a steep decline in available homes, down to 241 from 347 in July of last year.
