TJ Gilmore wins Lewisville mayor's race

TJ Gilmore came out on top in a four-way race for Lewisville mayor.

Gilmore won with 53.1% of the vote, based on unofficial results posted May 1. Delia Parker-Mims came in second place with 41.6%, Tiffanie Fowler gained 4% of the vote, and Timothy M. Friebel Jr. won 1% of the vote.

All precincts are reporting.

Former Lewisville Mayor Rudy Durham announced in January that he was ending his 27 consecutive years working with the city and would not run for a third term as mayor.
