The Westin Dallas Southlake recently broke ground on a 3,500-square-foot event space addition and presented an updated timeline for completion of the new Jewel Box building.
The venue will fit up to 300 guests for weddings and social events and will incorporate the outdoor garden spaces around the building.
Construction will cost an estimated $4 million, according to previous reporting.
The project plan also includes improvements to the existing outdoor areas to make them more cohesive with the upcoming venue.
