Final vote totals in the Highland Village City Council races on May 1 show incumbent Mike Lombardo is the winner for Place 3 with 82.8% of the vote against challenger Andrew Crawford. Incumbent Tom Heslep is the winner for Place 5 with 76.46% against challenger Jason Bates.

All precincts are reporting. Results are unofficial until they are canvassed by the city.

Lombardo has been on council since 2014. Heslep was elected to council in 2019.
