The Lewisville ISD board of trustees approved $423,672 for flooring replacements at Coyote Ridge Elementary School and Lewisville High School-Killough.
The flooring replacement project was competitively bid, and the district contracted with Jackson Construction, according to the May 17 board agenda.
The project is part of the Year 5 flooring replacements that are funded by the 2017 bond. The $737 million bond package referendum was approved by nearly 63% of voters.
This project exceeds the original budget by about $95,000, according to the agenda item.
