At Monday's Lewisville ISD board of trustees meeting, members approved the renaming of the William T. Bolin Administrative Center to Lewisville ISD Administrative Center.
The district is currently in the process of expanding and renovating its administrative building. When finished, all of the administration offices will be in one building.
"As we are trying to move all administration offices into this area, the shopping center, we believe renaming it to the Lewisville ISD Administrative Center provides more clarity," Superintendent Kevin Rogers said.
The name, William T. Bolin, will be utilized for the professional learning building, which is currently Thrift City. Thrift City has the building under contract until in the end of the year, according to Chief Communications Officer Amanda Brim.
