CoServ annual meeting to be virtual this year

CoServ, an electric and natural gas provider serving Collin, Cook, Denton, Grayson, Kaufman, Tarrant and Wise counties, has announced it will hold its annual meeting online this year.

The meeting is scheduled for 3 p.m. July 16 and can be accessed online at www.coserv.com, according to a news release.


Included on the agenda is CoServ’s board of directors election. Mail-in ballots will be included in the July edition of Texas Co-op Power magazine, which is being mailed out to the company’s 200,000-plus members this week. Three of the seven board seats are up for election this year.

Ballots received by 5 p.m. July 10 will be entered into a drawing for one of 50 credits worth $100.
