The meeting is scheduled for 3 p.m. July 16 and can be accessed online at www.coserv.com, according to a news release.
Included on the agenda is CoServ’s board of directors election. Mail-in ballots will be included in the July edition of Texas Co-op Power magazine, which is being mailed out to the company’s 200,000-plus members this week. Three of the seven board seats are up for election this year.
Ballots received by 5 p.m. July 10 will be entered into a drawing for one of 50 credits worth $100.
