Highland Village officials are gathering resident input on how to build out the remaining undeveloped land left in the city as part of its master plan.

The city has 78 acres of undeveloped land left, according to the city. Residents provided feedback during a Feb. 22 open house. Residents can continue to share their opinions through the city’s website until April 13.

Residents are asked to share input on community values.

The city is in the information-gathering phase of the planning process. It will then move on to the “envision” phase in which staff will create a vision for future guiding documents, according to the city. After, a recommendation will be made including goals, objectives and strategies.
