Highland Village to contract with 308 Construction LLC for water damage repairs

The Highland Village City Council approved a resolution June 11 authorizing an agreement with 308 Construction LLC for repairs to the Highland Village Municipal Complex.

Some mold had been found in the complex's rotunda area after water damage from a March 2017 storm, according to a staff memo.

The city will pay a $2,500 deductible. The cost estimate listed in the council meeting packet was $82,414.
