Nov. 5: Celebrate Old Town

First Fridays on Main Street in Old Town Lewisville celebrate local vendors in this event hosted by the Main and Mill Association. The events offers live music and art, retail discounts, photobooths and yard games for children. 6-10 p.m. Free. Old Town Lewisville, 135 W. Nov. 5: Try some music by the lake

Nov. 5: Listen to Lewisville symphony


The Lewisville Lake Symphony is performing its second concert of the season with pieces such as Richard Wagner’s “Siegfried Idyll,” Sergei Prokofiev’s “Overture on Hebrew Themes” and Aaron Copeland’s “Appalachian Spring.” 7:30 p.m. $10 (students), $20 (seniors) $25 (adults). Nov. 7: Celebrate Veterans Day at the park

Flower Mound High School’s football stadium will host a Veterans Day tribute and picnic. Free hot dogs, cake and lemonade are available for the first hour.
