Coppell City Council approved a request to construct a mixed-use project in the Old Town district Sept. 13.
The 10,215-square-foot building will be at 767 W. Main St. The site will be a two-story building with 3,347 square feet of retail on the first floor and two 2,306-square-foot residential units on the second floor, according to the agenda item.
A garage area will also be included to accommodate two vehicles for each of the residential units.
The Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the project on July 21. A start date for construction has not yet been announced.
