Construction of an affordable housing development from Palladium USA is underway in Lewisville, according to a news release.

The $30 million, 90-unit apartment complex is Palladium USA’s first multifamily development in Lewisville, per the news release. Funding for the project comes from 9% housing tax credits through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and PNC Bank.

“This new multi-family property represents a critical investment in high-quality, affordable housing, and it aligns with the strategic focus areas identified by the Lewisville City Council,” Marichelle Samples, Lewisville’s director of Economic Development, said in the news release. “Projects like this enhance the vibrancy of our city by creating accessible living options near schools, jobs and amenities that create a high quality of life for Lewisville residents.”

The overview

The four-story apartment complex will have a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, according to the news release, and is located at 305 E. Round Grove Road. Units will include granite countertops, a balcony or terrace area and hard floors.


Per the news release, amenities at the complex include:
  • A resort-style swimming pool
  • A fitness center
  • A conference center and business center
  • A children’s playroom
  • A clubroom with a mini-kitchen
“We are excited to break ground on this new development, which will provide much-needed housing for hardworking Lewisville families,” said Kim Parker, executive director of Palladium USA, in the news release.

Looking ahead

The first units and the clubhouse area are expected to be ready in December 2025, according to the news release. Pre-leasing for units is expected by winter 2025.
