Officials from Lovett Industrial broke ground on 121 Logistics Park in November. The park will consist of two buildings totaling 339,280 square feet of Class A industrial space available for lease, according to a Nov. 26 news release.
The first building will total 257,591 square feet and will feature 49 dock doors, a 185-foot truck court and at least 67 trailer parks. The second building will total 91,689 square feet with 18 dock doors and 12 trailer parks.
Construction is expected to finish in the third quarter of 2025 and will cater to tenants looking for space between 85,000-339,000 square feet.
