The Goddard School for early childhood development is opening a location in Coppell, according to the company’s website.

The project has been filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation for remodeling of an existing daycare center to make space for the new tenant. The work is scheduled to complete Dec. 31 at an estimated cost of $150,000, according to the filing.

The school specializes in early childhood learning and development. It offers specific classrooms for infants, toddlers, two and three-year olds, pre-schoolers aged three to four, pre-kindergarten and private kindergarten students. Educational features include playgrounds, reading nooks, art studios and Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics activities such as working with computers.
