Discount surplus store Star Dealz had a successful opening day in Lewisville, owners Claudia Rodriguez and Hector Barerra said.
Residents lined up Nov. 1 as the business opened its doors, Rodriguez said. The owners plan to hold the official grand opening ceremony Nov. 8. The company website is also now up and running.
The business specializes in selling discounted merchandise through bin sales, Rodriguez said. The company sources overstock items and returns from major retailers like Amazon and inventory will change frequently and include a wide range of products, Rodriguez said.
“The exciting part is that customers can browse through bins and find great deals, with different pricing on various days of the week. Our pricing structure is designed to drop progressively, starting higher at the beginning of the week and decreasing as the week goes on,” she said.
