The chain's newest location will be located at 9667 N. Central Expressway, Ste. 130. According to an Aug. 1 release, the new location will benefit from its proximity to Mattison Avenue’s current Walnut Hill location.
“Watching our members succeed is what we are really all about,” Chief Operating Officer Jason Madden said in a statement. “We are excited to build another new best-in-class property at Lakeside Village to serve entrepreneurs in Dallas.”
A grand opening date has not yet been announced. Mattison Avenue operates 34 properties across Texas, Arizona and Florida. The business has 17 locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including properties in Richardson and Lincoln Park.
