A new housing community is on the way in Lake Highlands.

Goose at White Rock Valley will feature 36 single-family homes at 9601 White Rock Trail in Dallas. The first phase of homes is anticipated to be complete by spring or summer 2023, according to Austin-based homebuilder StoryBuilt.
