Flow Therapy is expected to open at 7515 Greenville Ave., Dallas, in December, according to Jared Laake, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, the company that manages the building.

The health care facility will occupy a medical office space totaling 4,163 square feet on the 10th floor of the building.

“[The space] is in a central location near major hospitals,” Laake said.

Flow Therapy offers Enhanced External Counterpulsation therapy, which is a noninvasive, FDA-approved outpatient treatment for heart conditions, per the company's website. The website also states EECP reduces “the intensity and frequency of angina-related chest pain.”

Flow Therapy has eight clinics in Texas, Arizona and North Carolina, including Fort Worth and Plano. This will be its first Dallas location, which will be situated on Greenville near the Walnut Hill intersection. A phone number is not yet available for this location. https://flowtherapy.com
