Legacy ER & Urgent Care is now a department of the Methodist Richardson Medical Center.

The clinic joined the medical system in July, staff at the location confirmed. Now operating as Methodist Legacy ER & Urgent Care, the clinic offers “patient-centered” health care services as both an urgent care and a full-service emergency room, its website states. Lab services and imaging, including CT scans, X-rays, ultrasound and EKGs, are available on-site, per the business’s website.
