Dallas’ sanitation administrative offices will also be closed on Jan. 16 in observance of the holiday. However, city officials said in the press release that there will be no scheduled interruption or delayed service for transfer collection, transfer stations and the McCommas Bluff Landfill operations.
The Dallas Parks and Recreation Department is closing its administrative offices, recreation centers, program/recreational facilities and several other city venues will be closed Jan. 16. Normal hours of operation will resume Jan. 17, according to city facilities.
The Dallas Municipal Courts Building will be closed Jan. 16 in observance of the holiday. The courts building will reopen Jan. 17. with residents able to pay fines at the Dallas Marshal’s Office at 1600 Chestnut St., Dallas. For more information or updates on the Municipal Court, click here.
Dallas Water Utilities administrative and customer services offices will be closed Jan. 16. For emergency water service requests, customers may call 311. Nonemergency requests can be submitted on the OurDallas mobile app.
