Bad Chicken, a locally owned fast-casual chicken restaurant, is scheduled to move to a permanent location in Old East Dallas after operating in a test kitchen for about a year.
The new location will include a drive-thru and offer a revamped menu, according to a company news release. The restaurant, currently located at 6030 Luther Lane, Ste. 130, serves chicken wings, nuggets and sandwiches, smash burgers, salads, and more than 20 homemade sauces.
Owner Bobby Shuey opened the test kitchen location in November 2022 to make sure Dallas was “ready and willing” for his restaurant before opening a permanent spot, according to the release.
