Lake Highlands Cafe, a new, family-owned brunch restaurant, is now open in Lake Highlands.

The restaurant serves brunch and lunch options, including crepes, pancakes, French toast, gourmet burgers and Italian paninis. The menu also includes coffee drinks and mimosas.
