A new Chick-fil-A restaurant is expected to open in Lake Highlands later this year. The location is set to start construction in June and end in November, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. The restaurant, located at 11809 E. Northwest Highway, will be the company’s 11th Dallas location.
