Lakeside at White Rock, a new townhome development in Lakewood, is nearing completion.

The project is expected to feature 106 units with one-, two- and three-bedroom options, which will become available in multiple phases. The first set of units is currently available for presale with an expected completion in early 2024, according to the project’s website.
