A new multifamily development, The Flynn at Live Oak, is slated to bring 327 apartment homes to Old East Dallas.

The apartment complex, owned by Conor Commercial Real Estate, will feature a coworking space with private offices, a grab-and-go mini mart and a dog park, according to a company news release. The five-story building will also include a fitness center, a clubroom and fifth-floor speakeasy.

“The Flynn at Live Oak will serve the growing demand of young professionals who want to live in East Dallas,” Conor Vice President Jason Young said in the news release. “We expect the building’s level of sophistication and abundant amenities will be well received in the market.”

The Flynn at Live Oak will offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment floor plans. The apartments will be available for residents in spring 2025, according to the news release.
