2nd Street, a secondhand store selling vintage clothing, street wear, Japanese designer goods and luxury accessories, opened its second location in the Dallas area in late March.

Founded in Japan in 1996, 2nd Street buys secondhand clothing items from its customers and resells them in its stores and online. As part of its Hand2Hand project, the company reuses all clothing that arrives in its stores, according to its website. Any items that cannot be resold are donated to a partner company that recycles clothing to clean up oil spills in factories or resells them to create job opportunities and provide clothing to people in need.
