The Sculpt Fairy, a medical spa that offers body contouring services, opened in Lake Highlands on April 30.

Owner Miku Sakamoto said The Sculpt Fairy offers noninvasive body sculpting services to help reduce excess fat and cellulite, and help tighten skin and tone muscle. Procedures include lipo cavitation, heat therapy, vacuum therapy and noninvasive Brazilian butt lifts, according to the company website.
