Glo Tanning is slated to open its 12th Texas location in East Dallas in the Casa Linda Plaza. Located at 9440 Garland Road, Ste. 186, the spa is expected to open by mid-March, owner Jenae Hibbard said. The company offers a range of tanning services, including tanning beds and booths, spray tanning, and spa services.
